Refund policy
Refund request will be granted only if you cancel it within 24 hours after placement or return unwanted items after delivery. We cannot refund your order if it is in the process of delivery within our guaranteed delivery times (60 days after order placement).
Any refund requests will be made by the original method of payment for the value of the goods in the original receipt except for a non-refundable booking fee ($5 USD per ordered item), associated with payment processing service. If the returned product is damaged not by our error, the refund will be partial.
Although you may have availed free shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, if you return the unwanted items (that don’t faulty or not as described), we do not refund our original shipping cost (up to $4 USD per ordered item).
You will receive a refund confirmation e-mail from us. If you haven’t received an actual refund after receiving the email, check your bank account again. Then you may contact your credit card company because it takes some time before your refund is officially posted. If this doesn’t work for you, contact your bank. If you’ve done all these and still have not received the refund yet, send us an email.
Why is your booking fee non-refundable?
We're not able to refund your booking fee in any circumstances, even if your order is canceled within several minutes after placement. It is because we have already paid the credit card charges incurred by processing your original order and these charges are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights, because payment accepting is a service that already provided.
